In only a few years, this book has become required reading for the real estate professional. The book is a complete guide to the real estate field for a new agent, and the perfect guide for taking your career for a full home run for those of us who have been around the block a few times.
Zeller outlines building a business plan that includes your life outside real estate, presentation skills, buyer interviews, referral strategy, building trust with clients and even working on multiple streams of income. This is a solid winner.

This book is good. It get’s you going. My complaint is that he doesn’t elaborate very much. He doesn’t “go into” stuff in detail like I wished he would have. As a new agent I was left with more questions. But it gave me a good foundation to work with and some good ideas. One of the best bits of advice was to constantly educate yourself by listening to CDs and reading more books. Don’t buy this book thinking this will be the end to your search for how to become that top agent… it won’t. But it will get you going, get you thinking, and hopefully get you investing in more material.

This book brought be back to the basics of running a business of selling, yes I said selling, real estate.
