This book seems to be a very general overview of how his system works, it really doenst seem to present much information, I mena one of the suggestions is to buy a 1 to 2 hour radio infomercial for yourself and make it sound like a talk show. If I had the money to do that I wouldnt need the book. I havent finished the whole thing so I may be writing thie prematurley but so far not very impressed

I did not get much out of this book with the exception that I should view clients as aligators that need to be hunted by baiting them, stringing them up on a hook and beating them over the head (until they buy or sell). Honestly, in this day and age the hard sell scares more people away than gets refferals. I would not buy anything from this guy and would get a restraining order against anyone who uses these obviously obnoxious sales tactics.

This book has many good marketing ideas. If you are just starting out in real estate, it is a good flip through. If you are new and feeling overwhelmed already, save this one for later.

…. which as a realtor, you are! Dan Gooder is as much a real estate expert as he is a marketing expert. Let me first mention that I’m a RE newbie. So I know first hand that most first year realtors blow it, because they don’t realize they are building a business. I’ve read everything. Forget the ridiculous like giving away pumpkins. This book is a comprehensive plan. Yes, be prepared to spend money. But try starting any other business without spending it.
