    I see a lot of people who failed the exam with this book. Maybe I’m a rare exception but I used this book and passed the real estate sales exam. I will be taking the Broker exam next month and I’m going to turn to this book again. (By the way, its the same exam I jsut have to score higher)

    For those who are getting into the Real Estate profession or just want to know more this book will cover it. It include the sales aspect as weel as the broker license procedures. The book has 450 questions that you can review and answer. I find this a great reference book for taking the sales exam.

    i passed my broker exam after i studied this material and plus a few others. I recommend this book because you need as much pratice as possible in order to pass. for those other people who said this book sucks, dont blame the book because you didnt study and pass the exam

    It might be great for the salesperson exam, but it just doesn’t have the detail for the brokers exam. I have to take the test again.

    this book is nowhere close to the exam. if you’re looking for practice exams similar to the california real estate sales/broker exams then look elsewhere.
