With foreclosures skyrocketing, there’s never been a better time to buy rental property — and to hang on to it for long-term wealth building. Drawing on his ten years of experience managing and owning hundreds of rental properties, Bryan M. Learn how to buy desirable properties, attract quality tenants, negotiate lease agreements, collect rent, finance a mortgage, and manage the property. From leases to property-evaluation documents, you’ll find a complete tool kit in this book, which contains every form and checklist you need to run a single-unit apartment or an entire rental building!

I was lucky enough to read an early draft of this book and have since purchased the real thing. Having read hundreds of investment guides and written a couple myself, it’s always refreshing to find an investment expert that coaches cautious investing in an honest way.

Bryan doesn’t soft-pedal the hard work and due diligence required to build wealth in real estate and avoids the get-rich-quick hyperbole so common in this genre. This is a solid, hard-working book with guidance, systems and checklists that will help investors implement his ideas.

A good addition to any investor’s library.

As and engineer and contractor, I like books that have details in them. After reading several books and going to several seminars, I think this is the best collection of information by far. The information is based on the daya to day activities and valuable forms that you need to be successful. You can go online and get the information for a fraction of the price many other gurus charge. On that note, many books are nothing more than marketing machines to individuals websites; they encourage you getting involved with one of their coaches. The [...] is similar, but is not highway robbery the way the others are.

I am no guru or high dollar investor, but I think anyone interested in real estate investment can get a better perspective on the journey (ups and downs) with this book.

    Thanks again Bryan.

Bryan delivers a home run with this book! All the details of being a landlord are covered, even the behind-the-scenes work that is required. I manage my own properties and this book helped me re-evaluate my processes, paperwork, and procedures. I have polished my landlording skills and put into practice Bryan’s techniques. I saw a difference with my first prospective tenant, only days after finishing the book. I’m ready for book 2!!
